Dr. Grzeda completed her undergraduate degree at Miami University in Oxford, OH with Bachelors of Science in Zoology and Pre-Medical Studies and a minor in 2D Art. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois in 2023. She also founded her reptile breeding business, ReptiVet LLC, in 2019. Dr. Grzeda has a passion for proper husbandry and treatment of all exotic animals; she has externed at the Brookfield Zoo and various reptile facilities. She is Fear-Free certified for cats, dogs, and birds, as these techniques improve the experience for both her patients and their people. Her special interests include exotic animal medicine, ophthalmology, nutrition, behavior, and pathology. She lives with her Great Dane/Mastiff mix (Gatsby), two macaws (Vero and Fred), and her collection of reptiles. Her hobbies include horseback riding, home improvement, and going to reptile expos.
